Terms of Service (SupplyBatch)

1. Overview By accessing or using supplybatch (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the Site or use any services. SupplyBatch provides B2B custom manufacturing and wholesale services.

2. Custom Order Requirements & Artwork

  • Design Ownership: By uploading a logo, design, or artwork to our site, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to said artwork or have obtained explicit permission to use it. You agree to indemnify SupplyBatch against any third-party claims regarding intellectual property infringement.

  • Proof Approval: For all custom orders, a digital proof will be provided. Production will only commence after your formal approval. Once approved, SupplyBatch is not responsible for errors in the design, text, or specifications if they were present in the approved proof.

  • Color Matching: Due to differences in monitor displays, actual product colors may vary slightly from those seen on screen. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee a 100% color match.

3. Production & Fulfillment

  • Manufacturing Time: Estimated production times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. SupplyBatch is not liable for minor delays caused by material shortages, logistics, or force majeure.

  • Quantity Variations: In mass customization, a small variance in final quantity (typically +/- 5%) may occur due to quality control. We will adjust the final billing accordingly.

4. Payment Terms

  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins, unless a specific B2B credit arrangement has been authorized in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupplyBatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the products purchased. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your order shall not exceed the price paid for the specific item in question.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, copyright infringement, or violation of our policies.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of hangzhou .

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
